You will mentor staff, oversee shipment flow, inventory accuracy, and schedule optimization to meet internal and external customer needs.

The role emphasizes a data-driven approach, strong leadership, and safety and quality standards, with a shift pattern Wednesday to Saturday, 7am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong ability to resolve workplace conflicts.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI focus.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and perform routine warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members to high productivity and safety.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and optimize production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports for leadership.
