Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or logistics team (1–2 years).
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to resolve workplace conflicts and manage team dynamics.
• Experience monitoring daily production goals and adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
