Iron Mountain Incorporated in Wind Gap, PA, is seeking an Operations Team Lead for our Warehouse & Logistics team. You will oversee daily flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory to meet customer needs.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the Operations Supervisor, monitor KPIs, and prepare operational reports to support informed decisions. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertly managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and elevate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against KPIs, and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.
