Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven leadership in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address employee issues.
• Ensure productivity, quality and compliance by mentoring the team and monitoring KPIs.
