Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations at our facility. You will lead the team to ensure accurate inventory, efficient shipment processing, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with WMS, and strong communication to drive productivity and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven leadership experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and daily KPI management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a productive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing inbound/outbound shipments and inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and foster positive relations.
• Mentor the team, monitor KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for decision-making.
