Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize operations.
• Strong ability to resolve workplace conflicts and manage team dynamics.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Develop and implement production schedules aligning with resources and deadlines.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports for management to drive improvements.
• Foster open communication and address issues with supervisory escalation when needed.
