Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics setting, especially fulfillment/e-commerce.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven ability to resolve workplace conflicts and manage team dynamics.
• Ability to monitor production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform active warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members, providing ongoing feedback to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Oversee incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement production schedules, allocate resources to complete jobs on time.
• Track operations and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
• Promote open communication and escalate issues to the Supervisor when needed.
