You will supervise shifts, train staff, coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role emphasizes KPIs, 5S compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department employees.

• Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
• Follow customer shipping requirements and vendor specifications.
• Update timekeeping and KPI data in WMS reporting.
