Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Tennessee is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency in daily workflows. The role requires strong supervision, inventory coordination, and adherence to SOPs while mentoring staff and managing shift coverage.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in warehousing, 6+ months of supervisory experience, and proficient PC/Microsoft Office skills. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and inspect work for policy compliance.
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders; manage training and safety compliance.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions.
