Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficient processes. You will plan workloads, train staff, manage schedules, and coach performance while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, documentation, and collaboration with internal partners to meet operational objectives and maintain a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years in warehousing or distribution.
• At least six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties, monitor quality, and ensure policy compliance.
• Direct shipping of outbound orders and maintain accuracy.
• Provide instructions and accountability aligned with SOPs.
• Mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and coach performance.
• Develop processes, train on policies, and support safety programs.
• Handle time management, inventory processes, and misc. tasks.
