Qualifications

• Minimum three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Six months supervisory experience and ability to supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment and ensure safety and quality.
• Schedule work volumes and inventories; manage timelines and accuracy of outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations; assist Safety Committee.
