Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, drive safety, and ensure quality across departments. You will determine work volumes, schedule shifts, and oversee accurate outbound shipping while upholding SOPs and encouraging continuous improvement.

Mentoring staff and addressing grievances are required to maintain team harmony and performance. Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS, with at least three years in warehousing/distribution and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, schedule shifts, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect for quality and policy conformity.
• Monitor and perform outbound shipping when needed.
• Mentor and coach associates; manage time and attendance.
• Assist in safety program and process improvements.
