Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse staff, ensure safety and quality, and optimize workflow and inventory processes. You will schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor outbound shipments while coaching associates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in warehousing/distribution, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work across departments.
• Prepare schedules and allocate duties to optimize cost efficiency.
• Monitor and, if needed, perform outbound shipments accurately.
• Provide instruction and coaching; conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in safety program and process improvements.
