The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in warehousing, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing/distribution experience.
• At least six months supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work across departments.
• Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow for cost efficiency.
• Assign duties and monitor inventory and shipping accuracy.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Assist in safety program and process improvements.
• Travel up to 25%.
