Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy conformity.
• Schedule job assignments for inventories.
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders.
• Issue instructions to associates as needed.
• Ensure accountability per SOPs.
• Maintain harmony and resolve grievances among staff.
• Manage employee time and attendance.
• Mentor and coach associates and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in safety program and committee activities.
• Develop processes and drive improvements.
