Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse teams and ensure safe, high-quality performance. You will manage workloads, schedule tasks, and coach staff while upholding company SOPs and safety standards.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, staffing effectiveness, and accurate outbound shipping processes. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in warehousing or distribution, and supervisory exposure, with strong PC skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Schedule job assignments and monitor workflow for efficiency.
• Ensure safety and quality of work across departments.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in safety program responsibilities and process improvements.
