Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations across stores.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators and support the Receiving Supervisor in freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs. The role emphasizes safe, efficient warehouse management, inventory control, and coordination with other departments to optimize distribution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal and delegation skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, able to operate in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain storage and inventory procedures, including audits and staging.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety programs.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations and training compliance across staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and reduce discrepancies.
• Prepare activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents, invoices, and receiver reports.
