Job summary

Arvato in Memphis is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse labor and equipment, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.

You will plan and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, train and supervise staff on shifts, manage KPIs, update procedures, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining safety and compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Proficient with SAP or equivalent WMS and Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department staff.
• Supervise on-floor activities and KPI monitoring.
• Manage receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate labor resources to prioritize orders.
• Lead shift end procedures and safety compliance.
• Support process improvements and new customer integrations.
• Load/unload trucks and coordinate traffic.
