Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. The Operations Supervisor will manage labor and equipment in the assigned warehouse, ensuring timely, quality order fulfillment.

You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, prioritize orders, and train and supervise associates on shifts. Maintaining safety, 5S, and KPI-driven performance, you'll implement process improvements and ensure compliance with customer requirements and

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing and shipping tasks.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate floor activities and monitor departmental functions.
• Receive and transfer materials, manage KPI performance.
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels, monitor customer requirements.
• Update timekeeping and metrics in systems related to WMS reporting.
• End-of-shift closeout and shift procedures with all systems.
