Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a frontline team and optimize warehouse performance. You will coach staff, enforce safety, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning and objective setting are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Foster open communication and teamwork between leadership and associates.
