Job summary

Arvato in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team and optimize daily throughput. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution activities, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, supervising shifts, managing KPIs, coordinating with labor and equipment, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment is required.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent WMS systems is required.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees on the floor.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Manage KPIs and performance of all employees.
• Document and update procedures and quality processes.
