Job summary

Arvato in Louisville, KY seeks an Inbound Supervisor to manage labor and equipment for the warehouse department, ensuring timely, quality orders. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution from suppliers, while effectively managing labor and prioritizing orders.

You will train and supervise associates on assigned shifts, oversee shift-end closeouts, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience (3-5 years) required.
• Knowledge of picking, packing and shipping tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department employees.
• Supervise and coordinate on-floor activities of staff.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Manage KPIs and performance of all employees.
• Document and enforce procedures and quality processes.
• Maintain department supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to customer and vendor shipping requirements.
• Record timekeeping and KPI metrics in systems.
• Complete end-of-shift closeout procedures.
• Support new customer integrations and migrations.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Understand traffic coordination.
