Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks an Operations Supervisor in Las Vegas to manage labor and equipment across the warehouse, ensuring timely, accurate orders and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, optimize staffing, train associates, and drive continuous improvements while meeting customer requirements and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department staff.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees and monitor departmental functions on the floor.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Performance management of all employees (KPIs).
• Document, update, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
• Monitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements.
• Update and maintain timekeeping and metrics in business systems, as they relate to WMS reporting.
• Ensure that shift-end procedures with all systems are completed and floor end-of-shift closeout is followed.
• New customer integration and migration testing.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Understand traffic coordination.
• Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Follow and maintain 5S Program and guidelines.
• Perform any additional tasks to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment
