Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a Kentucky warehouse to manage labor and equipment, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. You will train staff, monitor KPIs, and coordinate receiving, storage and distribution activities while ensuring safety and process compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse, familiarity with SAP or WMS systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with picking, packing and shipping tasks.
• Proficient with SAP or equivalent WMS systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate floor activities and KPI monitoring.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Maintain timekeeping and KPI data in systems.
• Ensure safety, 5S and quality processes are followed.
• Support new customer integration and migration testing.
• Load and unload trucks and manage shift procedures.
• Adhere to customer shipping requirements.
• Drive process improvements and provide departmental support.
• Maintain department supplies and equipment.
