Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Las Vegas-area warehouse to manage labor, equipment, and order quality. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution while prioritizing orders with accuracy.

The role involves training staff, supervising on-shift activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, 5S, and process standards. Strong leadership and SAP/WMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent WMS systems.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, notably Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees on the floor.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Monitor KPIs and performance of staff.
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
• Adhere to customer requests and vendor shipping requirements.
• Update timekeeping and metrics in systems related to WMS reporting.
• Ensure end-of-shift closeout procedures are completed.
• Participate in new customer integration and migration testing.
