Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse department, optimize labor and equipment, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, while aligning with quality and safety standards and customer requirements.

Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential. You will train and supervise shifts, manage KPIs, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees on the floor.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Track performance, KPIs, and drive improvements.
• Document and enforce procedures and quality processes.
