Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and manage workload planning and inventories. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience.

Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office is expected. The position focuses on safety, process improvement, and leadership within a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Oversee safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Schedule job assignments for inventories and workload planning.
• Coach and evaluate employee performance and resolve grievances.
