Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient workflow. This role directs associates, manages schedules, and maintains accurate shipping and inventory processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in warehousing and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, plus strong PC skills including Microsoft Office. Travel is required up to 25% in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of warehousing/distribution-related experience.
• Six months of supervisory experience.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work in departments of responsibility.
• Schedule and assign duties; monitor and expedite workflow for cost efficiency.
• Oversee shipping accuracy and inventory processes.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
