Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficient distribution operations. You will plan work, assign tasks, and monitor inbound and outbound processes to meet performance targets.

You will mentor staff, support safety initiatives, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional partners and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume and schedule to maximize cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect for quality and policy compliance.
• Schedule inventories and manage outbound shipping accuracy.
• Issue oral and written instructions as needed and maintain associate accountability.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
