The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in warehousing or distribution, and supervisory experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, with travel around 25% as part of role responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and examine work for quality, neatness, and policy conformity.
• Schedule job assignments for inventories (periodic or special).
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders and ensure accuracy.
• Issue instructions to associates as needed and ensure accountability.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
