Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, schedule workloads, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy compliance.
• Schedule job assignments for inventories.
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders.
• Issue instructions and ensure accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor, coach, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist Safety Advocate with safety program duties.
• Support process improvements and training of policies.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.
