You'll mentor staff, manage timekeeping, support process improvements, and collaborate with the General Manager on daily operations. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Schedule work assignments and inventories; monitor outbound shipping for accuracy.
• Mentor and coach associates; manage timekeeping and corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in safety programs and process improvements.
