Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while guiding staff to meet performance standards and company goals.

You will determine work volume, schedule tasks, supervise outbound shipping, coach employees, and support process improvements. Travel up to 25% may be required as part of coordinating with facilities and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect quality and adherence to procedures.
• Schedule inventories and manage outbound shipping accuracy.
• Issue instructions and ensure accountability per SOPs.
• Resolve grievances and maintain team harmony.
• Mentor, coach, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Train on policies and Standard Works; support safety program.
• Assist in process improvements and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
