Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and optimize workflow in the distribution environment. You'll schedule work, assign duties, monitor outbound shipments, and coach staff to uphold SOPs.

Responsibilities include inventory coordination, process improvements, training on policies, and participation in the Safety Committee. Travel ~25% and a bachelor's degree with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum three years of warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy conformity.
• Schedule inventories and supervise accurate outbound shipping.
• Provide written and oral instructions and ensure accountability.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate associate performance.
• Monitor zoning and product database during receiving.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and Standard Works.
• Support Safety Advocate and Safety Committee initiatives.
