Job summary

Kenco Group in Indiana is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficient shipping processes. You will schedule workloads, coach staff, manage inventories, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to company policies. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities within a nationally recognized 3PL provider.

The position emphasizes supervision, policy compliance, and collaborative problem-solving in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent.
• Three years minimum warehousing, distribution experience.
• Six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties, inspect quality and ensure policy adherence.
• Schedule inventories and supervise outbound shipping accuracy.
• Instruct and coach associates; manage timekeeping and performance reviews.
• Support safety program and participate in safety committee activities.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements.
