Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.

• Monitor shipping accuracy and timely outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead process training and safety initiatives with the Safety Committee.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
