Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates in our Georgia facility. You will drive safety, efficiency, and quality across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

You will coach and develop the team, set clear KPIs, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in a refrigerated/freezer environment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years of formal leadership for 10+ team members.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
• Experience leading and developing warehouse personnel with strong communication and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to ensure efficient operations and safety.
• Provide real-time coaching and set clear performance expectations using KPIs.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to identify process improvements and reduce bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements based on feedback and performance.
