Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee order, receipt, storage, and shipping of materials in a warehouse setting. You will supervise 20+ staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient workflow across inbound and outbound activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and hands-on experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and payroll coordination. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits, supporting a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Inventory Control and maintain accuracy of stock areas.
• Maintain computerized records of inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Direct staff and assign duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Supervise 20+ employees and evaluate performance.
