Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, issuing, and shipping activities. You will maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and adjust discrepancies as needed.

The role includes planning inbound/outbound schedules, staffing, and guiding workers to meet customer metrics. You will ensure safety procedures, coordinate payroll for the department, and supervise 20+ employees, driving efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 months related experience may be required.
Experience in inventory control and cycle counting is desirable.
Ability to supervise and coordinate a team in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
Maintain inventory adjustments records (cycles, physicals, catch weight audits).
Maintain computerized records of inventory and perform cycle counts; investigate variances.
Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics; determine staffing needs and assign duties.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain harmony among workers.
