Job summary

Performance Team in Groveport, OH, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily activities of workers handling ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in a busy warehouse environment. You will plan inbound and outbound schedules, determine staffing needs, and supervise 20+ employees while ensuring safety procedures and inventory accuracy are followed.

This full-time on-site role offers a pay range of $60,000–$65,000 per year with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and assign tasks based on workload.
• Supervise 20+ employees and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate with Inventory Control.
