Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead 20+ employees in ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping materials within a busy on-site facility. You will ensure accurate inventory, schedule inbound/outbound shipments, and enforce safety procedures.

You will also plan staffing based on workload, communicate procedures, and oversee performance while maintaining team harmony and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent
• Experience: 1–3 months related experience or training preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Ability to plan staffing and schedules based on workload

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse workers (20+ employees)
• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and audits
• Manage inbound/outbound schedules and staff assignments
• Plan workflow and determine staffing needs
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain harmony among workers
