Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping operations. You will coordinate staff, plan inbound/outbound activities, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires supervising 20-30 employees, managing payroll, and optimizing workflows to meet performance metrics. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with coverage for other shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising 20-30 employees in a warehouse/operations setting.
• Knowledge of inventory control and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plan work activities from inbound/outbound logs and schedules to meet metrics.
• Direct staffing and assign duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and communicate procedures to staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee payroll for the department.
• Provide guidance on handling items and resolving stock discrepancies.
