Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in a full-time, on-site role in Groveport, OH. You will supervise 20+ workers, plan inbound/outbound schedules, ensure safety and inventory accuracy, and coordinate with payroll for the department.

The position emphasizes staffing decisions, processing orders, and maintaining operational procedures to meet performance metrics and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, one to three months related experience or training or equivalent.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of 20+ warehouse staff to receive, store, and ship materials and parts.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and assign tasks based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensure procedures are followed and communicate updates to staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in coordination with Inventory Control and payroll for the department.
