Job summary

Performance Team in Groveport, OH is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storing and shipping of materials in a busy warehouse. You will supervise 20+ staff, manage inventory accuracy, plan inbound/outbound schedules, and ensure safety procedures are followed to meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities include payroll oversight, staff training, and coordinating with Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training is acceptable.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments, cycles, and audits.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Staff based on workload and assign duties accordingly.
• Supervise 20+ employees and manage payroll for the department.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and communicate procedures clearly.
