Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory controls, supervise 20+ staff, and coordinate inbound/outbound schedules on-site in the U.S. This role includes payroll duties and enforcing safety procedures while maintaining accuracy across all stock records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments including cycles, physicals and catch weight audits.
• Assist with Inventory Control and maintain inventory accuracy across supply areas.
• Maintain computerized records of inventory and perform cycle counts; investigate variances.
• Review inbound appointment log and open order report daily to plan work activities.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Assign workers based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Update and communicate operating procedures to warehouse staff.
• Track productivity and evaluate performance by person, function and department.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage payroll for the department.
• Advise employees on handling of items and use of equipment; resolve related issues.
• Trace item history to explain discrepancies and propose remedial actions.
• Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Issue written and oral instructions and ensure safety procedures.
• Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
• Position is full-time and on-site.
