Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy conformity.
• Schedule inventories and manage outbound shipping accuracy.
• Provide written and oral instructions and ensure accountability.
• Mentor and coach associates; perform performance evaluations.
