Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Direct, monitor, and perform accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Issue instructions and maintain accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
