Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and drive process improvements. The role focuses on scheduling, workload balancing, and accurate outbound shipping while coaching staff and upholding SOPs.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in warehousing/distribution and supervisory exposure. The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills and a collaborative approach to team

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and examine work for quality, neatness, and policy conformity.
• Schedule job assignments for inventories and checks.
• Monitor, direct, and perform outbound shipping as needed.
• Issue written and oral instructions as required.
• Ensure accountability per corporate SOPs.
• Maintain harmony among associates and resolve grievances.
• Mentor and coach staff including performance evaluations.
• Develop product data during receiving and zoning.
• Train on policies, procedures, and Standard Works.
• Assist Safety Advocate with Safety Program and committee work.
• Contribute to process improvements and at times miscellaneous tasks.
