Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient distribution operations. You will plan work, assign tasks, monitor performance, and mentor staff while promoting continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, with travel around 25% and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in warehousing/distribution or related field.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work across departments.
• Determine work volume, prepare schedules and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and review for quality and policy conformance.
• Monitor and direct outbound order shipping and accuracy.
• Mentor, coach and evaluate performance of associates.
• Coordinate trainings on policies, procedures, and standard works.
