Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations at our Ohio stores. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and partner with Receiving to manage freight schedules according to customer and inventory needs.

The role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control while maintaining a productive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective relationships with other departments.
• Strong mathematical ability and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning and productivity.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports for management and resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices and packing slips.
